How to Thrive in Uncertainty

Many people are exhausted, reactive, overwhelmed, or frustrated. No wonder: the world feels upside down right now. But even when we are going through uncertain or stressful moments, we can thrive. The first step is to understand how we tend to show up on good days and on challenging days. With that understanding, we can then make intentional shifts so that we can see opportunities and make progress in the moments where that would be particularly helpful.

This program consists of:

• An assessment called “Energy Leadership Assessment.” It’ll take about 20 minutes for you to complete it.

• A personalized report with your results. You’ll receive this by email.

• A 75-min debrief session, in which I’ll share with you how to interpret your results and how to make intentional shifts to stay motivated, inspired and able to see possibilities in challenging situations.

This will allow you to lead yourself and others effectively, even when under pressure.
